CSCS Exam Locations
There are now many different CSCS exam locations. The tests are administered through Pearson VUE. You can search for locations using your zip code or address through this search tool.
There should be a convenient testing location for you, even if you don’t realize it. Many different types of facilities register with Pearson VUE to become test proctors. You get to choose the time and date, as long as you follow the facility’s available openings.

There are two different types of locations that administer the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist test. There are options for a paper/pencil exam and a computer-based exam. You can find information on the available testing centers below:
Paper/Pencil Exam – These are at set locations by the NSCA. These are worldwide. It is a good idea to check the updated schedule frequently if you are planning to book the test to see if there is an upcoming date in your area. You can find an updated list here. Because the NSCA sets this schedule so far in advanced, you will definitely need to plan ahead as to when you can sit for the certification test.Computer-Based Exam – These are available in the United States only. They are administered at AMP Assessment Centers throughout the country. There are over 160 locations available, often in locations such as H&R Block offices. Check the AMP website to find locations near you. These allow for more flexibility because the locations may be more convenient – or at least closer to you- and you get to set the date and times as long as the facility is open for operation and available.
